The company has 2 basic product (security and encryption) that are supported on Windows and all major Unix platforms. These products require substantial development effort at both the kernel (operating system) and user application level. This is very marketable experience.

Management expects round-the-clock efforts to resolve customer issues and is oblivious to the impact this has on individual employees. No acknowledgment of the effort is given at the conclusion of the crisis.
