The kickoff meeting was chaotic — 300 interns and no clear next steps. They said everyone would get a Next Step Form (NDA, internship agreement, etc.), but some got it, and some didn’t, with zero explanation. I was hired as a backend developer but barely did any backend work. The offboarding process? Nonexistent — you just stop working. Also, they promised share certifications, but I never got mine. Tracking hours through TFT felt pointless since there wasn’t much to do anyway.
