      We appreciate your feedback. We are a small, yet mighty team and it takes all of us working collaboratively to be successful. Things definitely move fast! The growth and momentum we felt in the second half of 2024 is pushing us forward into 2025. This can be challenging, as priorities may shift, which is a key reason our leadership team pushes for clear and continuous communication. We all need to be on the same page to be the most impactful.       Fast paced. Everything keeps moving, time goes by quickly.

      Instead of seeing improvements and happier employees, our situation keeps getting worse! Management refuses to listen to employees, likely because of ego and arrogance. Leadership cannot accept that employees may have better ideas than those in charge!
