I have been with Vynamic nearly a year and have had an extremely positive experience so far. The company is extremely thoughtful, has excellent leadership who are supportive and authentic, strong culture as well as an excellent reputation with leading blue chip clients. The company also has a unique staffing model where you are in control of where you work and what you do, there is a strong work life balance and heavy emphasis on health and care with a wide variety of support available. Having previously worked in a Big 4 organisation Vynamic has been a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend it if you are seeking a new challenge.

Hard to think of many although team sizes are smaller and so you can find yourself on an island with fewer team based projects. The staffing model can seem hard to adjust to at first for some if you are used to being assigned to projects.
