An excellent workplace! Despite being a small company, there's always a task at hand, ensuring there's never a dull moment. I've found the management incredibly supportive, both in my personal and professional endeavors.

In a smaller company, familiarity with everyone is both a benefit and a drawback, depending on what you like.

Very few pro's. People who aren't management are great people.

No advancement. low pay. Toxic management. No training. Not allowed to talk, even about customer problems or learning about equipment. Management lies to Customers and employees. They do not stock parts to support their equipment. Customers must wait for parts to get ordered because they cannot afford inventory. Too many cons to list... If looking for a machine, keep looking....
