People in charge actually listen to you no matter your title, Lot of diversity, Always an activity going on (even virtually), team members are nice, the building is huge, the pay is good, very flexible people/company. The benefits are great!

There are cliques (as always no matter where you go), all departments are undergoing changes(not really a con but constructive )

Call center. Don’t do it to yourself. Shift bids company will tell you shift bids are based on performance - they aren’t. They’re based on the order of the shifts you select. For example let’s say you’re ranked #37 and someone else gets #40. If you put a shift you didn’t really want as your #67 and the individual who got #70 put a shift you’d actually really rather have, you will get the shift you put, not the better shift. Therefore it’s not performance based at all. If you’re out for surgery or having baby, etc, you will get a horrible position for the shift bid. The company will not prepare you for the overwhelming volume during shift changes where you do get thrust into a horrible shift like Thursday to Sunday, a shift that puts you on the busiest days of the week and, depending on your hours, the busiest times of the day. You’re just thrust into it. Employees can be very rude.
