Small company… you usually have to create your own path to success. I like it, but not everyone does.

I've loved working at WAVV because the team and culture is so great, even when working remote. We all work so well together and enjoy helping each other reach our quarterly goals. Management listens and asks for feedback. I'm able to present an idea or better way of working and it's either implemented or there's a good explanation why we will do it a different way.

As a designer working at WAVV, it's hard to get user feedback directly from the user. This has led the team to make decisions and work on products that aren't always fully validated, which ultimately wastes time and leads to the team feeling directionless. I think it could be better if more emphasis was put on market research, testing, and validating.
