Work-Life balance? What is life? It's your work and if you're not ok with that, then you'll be made to feel it. Upper management seems to not know which direction they want the company to head toward. Priorities change daily, sometimes hourly and the priorities will be different depending on who decides to answer your phone call or text on any given day (if they answer you at all). Management will also try to diminish you or make you feel inadequate no matter how hard you work - this includes attacking your personality.
