The clients are great. You get to make a difference in these people's lives.

No good deed goes unpunished. If you did something good you didn't do it well enough. They refuse to fire the bad employees, even the ones who abuse, neglect, and steal from the clients. One employee had a history of stalking female employees and just being an overall creep. They make him a supervisor.

Great employees, self starter, enjoyable atmosphere

Some client are a bit ocerbearing. Job can be logistically challenging
