Vantaggi
The people are genuinely very nice, they all deserve better. Starting pay is decent / above average, but you are rarely paid on time. Features are cool.
Svantaggi
To be transparent there are many cons. The company cannot pay their employees on time, which is not only illegal and wrong, it really weighs on the people who work there. And this is not an issue in that's in past as the company might like to say, this is a current issue that comes up over and over again. It's a pattern. After the email is sent out being told you aren't getting paid, sometimes the day before or THE DAY you are supposed to be paid, morale is extremely low as one could expect. But work is still expected to get done on time and people are expected to still care. How can you if you are not getting paid on time and are worried about paying your bills while employed full time? Aside from that, the company needs some work overall with workflows, transparency, expectations, and dept structure. There is a lot of potential, but the company has been around long enough that it should be living that potential, not still chasing it. I don't know how they are still around / how long they will be if this keeps up but seems like people have been saying that for years and it's somehow still standing and hiring new people.
