      Management could communicate more. Small company which can require a lot out of someone, and require one to wear many hats.

      Great team to work with. This is the second startup I've worked with and so far, I think the communication has been great. There's a lot of work, which is good and a lot of room to grow.

With that context; - Leadership is readily available for communication with team members. - Leads give you a chance to grow in your rolls at the company. - Compensation matches growth. - Actively trying to build a culture that fosters success. - Get a chance to work on some truly amazing content with some of the worlds best IPs. - Remote positions available. - Considerate of your personal life. - You own your successes.

      - They are a smaller company, this can be a pro, but comes with drawbacks. - You need to take initiative and communicate with leads. - The other side of the "you own your successes" coin is you also own your mistakes, as a small company people know when you've dropped the ball on your team/project.
