Remote work environment. Not a lot of angry callers. Good benefits.

I was there for 8 years and only got raises to equal approx $3. And didn't get that till I was there almost 5 years. Not a lot of support during calls. Too much variety of calls. You have to know everything about all the different account types and business needs. Way too much to put into my brain.

Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
