Expect to throw your work out of the window if the CEO or someone else from upper management comes up with a brand new idea out of the blue. Deadlines are unreasonable, especially because the focus keeps changing all the time - No teamwork. Teams compete against each other all the time. Back-end and front-end often argue about who's at fault if something goes wrong, or who's gonna do the less amount of work to achieve a goal. Some people are rude. - Poor employee retention. People eventually get tired of being mistreated and leave. Most of the original team left within two years of working here. p
