Work-life balance is the number one thing for this company, and I think most people working here are very smart and responsive, very easy to work with, flat organizational structure, very flexible environment as long as you meet your target, team leader is very knowledgeable and friendly, WGSN is pretty good in general!

The pay is average for this position, I also have other offers that pay 5%-10% more than WGSN, but I chose WGSN for its working environment, you decide what you want in life, (but if you meet the target, you will get a pretty good commission for that) The second big thing is that career advancement is limited here, as all the managerial positions are filled with young people, and I feel like they will be staying for a long time, but this is a good place to gain experience though.
