This is for the candidates who will work at this company, please read carefully: 1, Lack of Fair Competition: The company does not offer a fair competitive environment among employees. There are numerous instances of nepotism(relatives working together), with opportunities often going to relatives who may NOT be the most qualified candidates. 2, Unrecognized Licenses: While the company encourages employees to obtain licenses, it fails to adequately reward them after they get the license. The only incentive provided is a small bonus, with no substantial salary increase or proper recognition. 3, Outdated Design Processes: The company's design processes are very outdated. For instance, they still use CAD to draw shadows on elevations. Additionally, many higher-ups lack computer skills, which limits flexibility for employees and often requires them to provide constant assistance. This inefficiency increases the risk of missing deadlines.
