Love the people that work for WISE. Always super helpful, care about you and always open for feedback. Also, they give you the freedom to give your opinion on current processes and how we can all improve/succeed.

Best job I've ever had. Truly a collaborative environment where team members and leadership care about each other, the work, and the clients. No egos, backstabbing, or corporate bureaucracy to be found here.

No complaints. I do agree with other reviewers, though: You must be a self-starter who consistently delivers strong work at a high volume. That doesn't feel unreasonable to me.
