Friendly, Caring, Energetic, Fun, Professional. Wise Employment Plymouth is an amazing place to work the manager is caring, hardworking and enthusiastic. She really cares for her team and its a great atmosphere to work in, unlike most sales based roles the team in Plymouth really are a team. The owners are still heavily involved within the business and make you feel very appreciated they have a very personable approach to staff and not just another number to them. The salary is ok and on par with most competitors in the area (but who wouldn't want a little more)

The CRM system could do with an update but does what it needs to get the job done but can be slow at times with some duplication on certain events. I feel there could be some more Marketing and Advertising focus which is good for any recruitment business (There is no such thing as too much in Recruitment) The Bonus could be better to put it in line with competitors and also additional benefit perks like health care and discount schemes etc
