      Look, the only reason they have a decent score on here is because their upper management posted reviews. The genuine reviews of employees who have previously worked here are across the board negative. The executive team is made up of lying a*holes who cant keep there promises to employees or clients. There’s always drama. They lure you in with a high salary listed, but most of it is only if you make bonus, which they’ve only ever paid out once, and then stopped. It’s awful. Turn around and walk away.

      WKND is incredibly competitive, They don't let anyone work there who isn't the best. I had a culture shock when working there because II was surprised that it didn't operate alot like an agency. The workload isnt "High" It's just really hard. So It can take a long time if your under experienced. My experience was that I learned a Freaking ton from Grayson Cross who was my boss, taught me more about companies and running media then my last 3 companies. Hope that I can work with them in the future but I was laid off because I didn't make the mark. They were really nice about it and Grayson didn't make me feel bad about my skill level and asked me to re-apply in a few years.

      WAYYYY HIGH OF STANDARDS. Hard for anyone to live up to them. Only 2 of the media buyers were considered "Senior Level" and even then they were constantly being taught and told to improve in areas.
