This was the worst work experience of my career. The organisation is extremely poorly managed, with layers of inefficient systems that make even simple tasks frustratingly complex. You’ll spend much of your time dealing with IT issues and navigating unnecessary bureaucracy. Global politics consistently override local needs, and favouritism is evident - only a select few are valued while others are overlooked. I strongly do not recommend working here.
