It's a toxic place with a bunch of toxic people. The biggest toxic person is Manish who has no brain of his own. He will evaluate people based on other peoples opinion. You wont have a life of your own. The founders will call you/ message you at any time of the day to take updates. There is no sense of direction for anyone. They're just running the show based on hunch. No data, no research, nothing! Hire random people at high salaries to show how they have such senior people working in the company. Internally there is no parity in pay, no parity in levels. they will bring someone with 7 years of experience to report into someone with same years of exp or say 1-2 years more. There is no HR. HR does menial work of organising parties. There is no culture. Everyone is toxic.
