They over-hired employees without any concrete plan which resulted in layoffs over the last 3 months. The GMs and VPs - so-called leaders making strategy - have been hired from big companies. The only skill they have is the skill of manipulation which they rightly use to fudge numbers to fool management and the management as a result ends up showing fudged numbers to the investors. They want to invest heavily by advertising on TV but no one has any clue about how it works. The company just runs on betting be it in their strategy to chose a celebrity or media invesrtments. Just shoot in the dark and see what happens. Senior guys having affairs at workplace is encouraged. Politic is deep rooted. If there is an award for worst place to work at, it should be given to WOW.
