From the first day only they put you in pressure to share 7-8 profiles in a day. They don't give any lunch break and or any other kind of break to their employees everyone is working virtually they don't appreciate the work also if their employees they have one of the worst clients who calls their employee's late 9 pm and make fake elevations on them . They don't listen to their employees side they will always going to take there client side who makes fake allegations on there employees

They have the fixed budget 15 k and 17 k for their employees, and have hired and fire system in there company. They will make you work over working hours and never appreciate your work . They have there group of friends who are working in a company from 12 years and do politics with there employees never make mistakes joining this company. There is no work life balance .

I have been working with wow Jobs from last 2 years and it is one of the best companies in my career. Work life Balance Providing permanent work from home Great work culture & team
