Interesting work for clients who do good! Plenty of variety As an agency they are constantly evolving and seeking new challenges Open and honest working environment. Ability for flexible working where it can be accommodated

This is not a real con but this is a small agile agency and will only suit people who like to work in a fast paced environment where you take responsibility for making things happen.

- Most of the people there are very friendly but there is a tendency to work in silos - Wide range of clients

- No clear signs for progression and raises have to be well fought for - Management constantly applying undue pressure and very quick to point out faults - Mistakes happen at every job but here they tend to mean you lose the trust of senior management and once that happens they will subtly try push you out - No flexible working
