      Benefits are pretty much unbeatable. Great people, I have made some life long friends and many business connections. To process claims for the military was something special, you felt like you were really helping people who were fighting for this country and their families.

      Communication, Communication, Communication. System seems to be unstable, especially the system that houses the work instructions. Kronos Time-card system.

      When I started here, I was in the help desk. Manager was great to work for, was supportive of my professional development, helped me learn other skills beyond help desk. Pay was above average for the industry. Wiki was well done, didn't have to learn 'tribal' knowledge. I had the ability to move up into other departments if I wanted and advance my career.
