Can work 4, 10 hour days. They give us casual dress days almost every week.

In Wausau we are not union so we have to pay insurance premiums unlike Madison. We also don't get a cost of living raise every year like they also get. Some supervisors are raving b$@&'s and play favorites. DK. Most of the time I feel like management treats us like children with their rules they like to impose. For example; you can't sit at your desk for breaks or lunches, you get the stink eye for standing by someone's desk while supervisorsn talk all day. Wausau is so afraid to step on Madison's toes and is afraid to speak up. and should really get rid of the RE system. Everything is dupe discretion so if you have a decent supe you have more perks. People abuse FMLA like it's going out of style. I feel underpaid compaired to other insurance companies around here.
