Fully remote Don't bother you as long as the job is done at the end of the day

Management is a group of people who only support each other. They don't allow anyone outside of their circle to "climb up the ranks" and would rather fire good people instead of promote them. They only promote family and friends.

An easy going and stress free work environment.

Below average salary compared to the global market for this position. Not much room to grow.
