The people. When I first joined the company years ago, it was genuinely a great place to work. The environment was positive and collaborative, I worked alongside talented coworkers who cared about producing quality content, and there were real opportunities for career growth and professional development.

A new CEO was brought in years ago and everything has gone downhill since then. Major decisions are often made without a clear understanding of the time, effort, or resources required to execute them successfully. Because of this, work/life balance became a problem and my mental health significantly declined. The constant cycle of hirings and layoffs created an atmosphere where no one felt they had job security anymore. The board of directors also appeared to support these decisions despite their impact on employees. The culture used to be great and departments would work together. Now it seems like there is a huge divide. It's very disappointing to witness because I genuinely loved working there in the beginning, which makes it even harder to see how much the company changed.
