Department Heads and Teams genuinely care about their employees and strive for mutual success & collaboration. Felt appreciated, valued and that my work efforts were recognized and praised. Many staff are long-timers, and it's easy to see why people stay with WSIPC.

The budgetary cuts after the pandemic affected my layoff as one of the few part-time employees.

Well balanced family/work environment. Great potential for advancement. Strong commitment to the community and K-12 education.
