Good look at a job in the news industry. A lot of great people to work with. Savannah is a fun community to work in. It is a good middle market station to get your foot in the door. Willing to let you train into other positions however it is on your own time.

Very low pay especially for someone with a degree, servers easily make more. Long demanding hours often starting at 4am which make it hard to be on a normal schedule with the rest of the world, much less have a social life. However anyone will tell you this is what you sign up for when you get into news. While some of the people are great a lot of the employees can be rude or stand offish. They provide opportunities to advance but the pay is still pretty weak.
