Vantaggi

WWE offers great benefits and opportunities to its employees. There's space for vertical as well as horizontal movement for those not set on a career or possibly looking at different options. The company offers its employees a lot ranging from 401K, company parties, great health plan options, and stock options. It also benefits from being on the cutting edge of certain technologies such as a top of the line graphics department, video streaming services, in-house production team, and social media teams, etc. Plenty of opportunity to work overtime if needed.

Svantaggi

Depending on your department, your experience may vary. Certain departments are valued more as is natural in some companies, however this is sometimes used as leverage to do what is in their best interest instead of the companies. Reaching out to upper management in more valued departments to get a task done is like pulling teeth. Aware of this departmental favoritism, department heads will simply ignore or defer you to a later time because there is no one you can go to that will help you, despite it being in the best interest of the company. Depending on your department, your work life balance may vary. If you're the type of person who can put their head down, do their work, and not be bothered by the occasional rude attitude by an overly valued employee, you can get far.

Vantaggi

-Competitive salary -Solid benefits package, including 401(k) match, tiered health plans, year-end time off, and maternity leave

Svantaggi

-The organization has a disproportionately high number of decision-makers relative to individual contributors (approximately 2–3 senior leaders per one worker). -Compensation growth has slowed since the TKO merger. Fun benefit perks have been canceled after the merger. -Expect frequent late hours and weekend work. -Senior leadership often demonstrates a lack of clear strategic direction. Many leaders have been with the company for over a decade and continue to be promoted, which may limit fresh perspectives. -Workplace culture can be challenging, with behavior such as yelling and degrading team members during team meetings, deflecting responsibility followed by the occasional gaslighting, and a lack of accountability are accepted. -Recognition and rewards are limited, with modest merit increases (around 3%) and no bonus structure. Given the workload, leadership challenges, and limited growth incentives, this role may not be worthwhile unless you are entering at a senior leadership level.
