      Toxic atmosphere Rampant favoritism Poor compensation Too many producers; not enough people actually gathering news Emphasis on presentation rather than quality of content Utter disregard for work/personal life balance unless one is in management Most people under contract tend to leave as soon as contract ends Would not recommend this environment
