-Very little training - the training provided is 80% through e-learning, 20% hands-on training (this has been true for all of the positions I have been in within the company).
-Poor compensation - relies heavily on bonuses as justification for low pay, despite the fact that bonuses are not guaranteed to make up for low wages.
-Long-standing policies regarding PTO/Vacation time are outdated and inconvenient for employees.
