8yThere are all kinds of little things we can do better. One such improvement we just made was including a vision hardware benefit for all employees. I cant tell you the positive feedback that little change has made. That was able to happen because we as a group have been smart consumers of health care, and are costs have increased at a slower pace than the industry. Keep up making a difference.
