The company cares about its employees and clients. They never push sales or make sure you don’t push unnecessary products. There is a lot of integrity and honesty.

Svantaggi

The pay is significantly lower than competing banks and raises only occur one a year.

Thank you for your comments, I am pleased to see you recognize some of the progress we are making. Your comment on pay is something we are always wrestling with as our benefits are so expensive (11% 401k, 100% health care premiums covered for employees, Bonuses, and stock options for all employees), it makes it difficult to balance. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving.

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
