6yI agree we have a good bank and great employees....... we continue to work on enhancing our compensation as competition is tough. While base may be on the lower side when you factor in 11% 401k (if employee contributes 4%), bonus potential, stock options and benefits, we think we have a strong offering. That said, we also recognize that it is your base compensation that pays the bills and costs of living are increasing
