      Huge pay irrationals within mid level candidates. doesn't matter what stuff you carry in return to the organization's deliverable's. Talents doesn't only make you great here. Not a great place to develop career , but can be a option to get your pay hike & get out of the company within 2 yrs

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
