The pay is stagnant for those who struggle If they perceive you to be an underperforming worker or unable to be trainable, you will be stuck doing the simplest jobs making the same low pay for years which is fine if that's what you're looking for They are reactionary, implementing changes as they see fit according to their emotions for that day/week/month Schedules sometimes swing wildly and you are forced to go along with it, overtime is expected excessively They don't seem to care about their employees' well being Health benefits could be better, costly to insure a family but decent for an individual
