Strands in NC from UT - Recensione dipendente - Lead Technician presso Wachter

As a temp to perm from Rightech to Wachter after an extensive background check, resume verification and interview. I was accepted to take a Lead position in Charlotte NC (Kroger Robotic Warehouse). I was told "my skills matched" the jobsites needs. I drove to NC and was paid to do so. Plus perdium. Once onsite, its "Cable tray" construction, installation. No technical. After just a few days, week. I was told my skillset did not fit for the project. I was given the boot, no perdium for return, no funds for return and Im told by Wachter "Bodie". Im on my own or talk to Rightech. Ive heard nothing back as of Monday March 27th 2023.
