You get paid weekly; at least until you become a 'certified' Unit Manager, at which time you will be paid Bi-Weekly.

The hours as a Unit Manager and Unit Manager Trainee are tough. It is a lot of work upfront and your initial investment will be into the company, not the other way around. If you are looking for extensive training when you first come through the door you will get it, but at your own pace and desire to learn. Unit Managers and 'Most' cooks and servers are REQUIRED to work on Holidays, which stinks, but is also just the restaurant industry in general.
