on call 24 hours. As a manager Trainee your not respected. They throw you in a restaurant with a manager you'll one day be competing against, so how motivated will they be to train you??? YOUR NOT GUARANTEED A STORE! After you finish Waffle House University they put you on what is called "The Bench" meaning your on the waiting list to run a store. Ive seen people wait 90 days ive seen people wait 9 months I've seen people get it right after WU it all depends. Also your only payed $10.77 an hour thats nothing! then they tell you your salary is going to be $35,000 a year, which you have to work "55" hours a week, thats insane. Also, your schedule will say off this day and the day before you'll get a call saying your schedule has changed we need you to report to a store 40 minutes away to do catering or something pointless. If you have family or a wife/Husband this is NOT for you. Please don't make the same mistake I made. I'm trying to save you all. This is the worst job ever. Make the right decision your worth more.
