Good to work as you will have hands on experience with the new tech stack and the advanced techonologies and the work culture is good as well and very good if one wants to work in the challenging aspects

Nothing to speak much and all good

First few months were less stressful than I expected. The manager actually sat with me and we mapped out KRAs together in week 3. Mid probation check happened on time too, where I knew where I stood well before the 6 month mark.

The structure exists but how well it's followed really depends on your manager. Some teams are more on top of feedback than others.
