Nice staff, but a delusional workplace culture - Recensione dipendente - Customre Service presso Waitrose

Biggest problem here is the whole company thinks it's more than it is. And half the staff are delusional especially team leaders and managers. "YOU WORK IN A SHOP" This makes for a pathetic workplace with so many people that really test your patience. Half the staff were nice the other half really funny and it very friendly overall not a great experience
