A team and bonus structure that makes no sense. The digital marketing senior management seems to make changes just to seem like he's doing something but there is no real worth behind them. Senior management and sales sets employees up to fail and when things don't work out instead of accepting blame they take it out on employees beneath them. Over promising to clients which leads to clients leaving the company and laid off workers. Very unstable and you will worry about your job stability daily. Blatant nepotism A CEO that will promise pay increases or job stability but never deliver. Moving up in your position is completely arbitrary and most likely wont happen The digital marketing senior management does not effectively lead teams Very low pay
