      As a former employee, I see several jargony phrases that were used by Wakefly management during my time there in the reviews posted on 5/31. For the past 6-12 months or so, predominately negatives reviews have been posted at a normal rate (i.e., not clustered all on one day). Then, in a surprising turn of events 7 positive reviews were posted on the same day (5/31/16). It does not take a genius to tell these were fabricated and in response to the steady stream of negative reviews.

      Great group of people. Very friendly, open environment and everyone is enthusiastic about the high quality solutions we create.

      No major cons I can think of. There did seem to be an unusually high turnover of full time employees in the recent months, but could just be a coincidence, didn't see a reason culture-wise for people to be moving to other companies.

      - Good People - Flexible Hours - Casual Environment

      - Poor managment - CEO doesnt follow their own policies (both as far as internal operating procedures, referred to as "Dean Specials" as well as company handbook policies, ex.: dating your direct reports) - Shifting responsibilities instead of replacing lost staff - Managment would constantly ask for feedback for new business to better improve workflows but then would brush off any suggestions actually offered.
