This used to be a great company to work for. They were considered to be the leader in the industry. But ever since the Boots merger it has gone down hill fast! They love to talk out of both side of their mouth. You're held accountable for things you have no power to change. They want to take the focus off the pharmacy and put it on BEAUTY! We are a DRUG STORE! They have no regard for employee's well being. The real red flag is that they are not fixing broken equipment. That always spells trouble when a company tries to save money by not maintaining their stores. They have put all pharmacist salary increases on indefinite hold, but they've got to pay for those Rite Aid stores somehow, right?
