Vantaggi
only company events and fancy offices in Cannes and Tallinn. seriously, NOTHING else. these flashy events and offices seem to exist mainly to impress investors, partners and the public. inside the company, everything is a disaster.

Oh, there are a lot to say.. Firstly, do NOT trust Linkedin posts! ofc, in Linkedin they are happy, amazing, friendly, cool, supportive, but most of them are artificial. you can notice that employees post or reshare original posts, etc, it is becasue they internally encourage people to post something about wallester and to win some awards. they play to public a lot... Secondly, you will never find a work-life balance at wallester, if you leave the office before 18:00, you'll be asked why next day. No flexibility on work module or work hours. Thirdly, senior management (coo and ceo) wants to keep everything under their control. no trust to employees at all. all process have to be validated, confirmed by senior management to continue. there is a huge hierarchy and if you want approval you have to wait for all leads, heads and senior management's confirmation. no agile, no innovation, no trust, no speed only requirement and order. if you want to introduce something, be ready, it will definitely be rejected. Fourthly. career growth? what career growth? promotions and advancement opportunities seem to favor senior management's preferred employees. career decisions are often made for you rather than WITH you. yes you can get paid well, but no proper professional improvement. if you join wallester, be prepared for the possibility of falling behind market standards and becoming less competitive within your field. Fifthly, they hired a lot of people under "we are growing" mindset, only to fire them a few months later with excuses like, "we were not ready for such rapid growth" or "our product priorities and internal strategy have changed". they even relocated people from different countries and after just a few months, ended up keeping mostly employees who spoke russian. poor planning ended up costing employees their jobs.
