Really nice events (cudos to the hard-working events team), ok benefits like standard insurance, sports compensation, etc, though nothing special for the industry Most of the ordinary employees and team leads are genuinely good people
Svantaggi
Basically all the 1-star below comments are unfortunately true. There is little to no trust or respect towards employees or their managers (teamleads), and it shows in everything the higher management does. Internally, the CEO seems to treat the company and the employees less like a businessman, and more like a spoilt child with a big dollhouse and dolls, which can be treated in any way he desires based on his current mood. If there the laws in Estonia were more lenient, the situation would very likely be MUCH worse. The heads and other upper management seem to either not care or too scared to even try to confront him and/or the other decision makers on ordinary employees' quality of life issues. Despite the high quality of the events, unfortunately they are mostly done for show and public image, to make a few posts in social media. If the management actually thinks, that any event, be that team buildings or internal conventions, can distract a reasonable adult employee from their own life quality, career and other needs, they are deeply mistaken. The employees aren't your dolls or servants, neither should a company be a sect, where unhealthy loyalty (to the extent of putting the company's needs above one's own) and admiration is expected (and almost demanded) in return for quite mediocre salary and perks. We work and operate in a civilized country, where employers and employees are equals, not barons and peasants.
