The management is super toxic. They talk to employees really rudely. It’s full-on micromanagement. Someone is always hovering, asking for updates every few minutes. Working on weekends is pretty much expected. Every Friday before logging off, they’ll shamelessly ask if we can come in on the weekend. If we say no, they’ll start asking about our personal plans and try to negotiate around them. Officially it’s a 12-hour shift, but we usually end up doing 13 - 14 hours. They pay hourly, but the rate is ridiculously low compared to what they’d pay for the same role in the US. The management even uses foul language during meetings.
