      Good team atmosphere. Flexible hours and not usually a problem requesting certain days off. Decent pay for what you do. Overall not too bad.

      Svantaggi

      Working in the blistering heat, or the frigid cold tests your endurance. Some of the managers seem to be disconnected to other employees.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
