      The people that I work with and beside. You know how you have those customers that are regulars. Well those customers I look forward to seeing everyday. And when they aint there and dont see them then I worry. I wouldn't give my customers up for anything in the world. I love meeting new and intresting new people all the time.

      You can work all day long and all week long. out of maybe working 100 days you might only get 2 thank you's. Just the appreciation part is about the only disagrement with the store that I am at...

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
